Formulate the first version of your purpose, i.e. what value the organization should contribute to its external stakeholders and to the employees.You involve the entire organization in the process by going out and voting on the proposal for purpose, vision for the future, and also your perception of the current situation.Create a visual image of what it might look like when the organization lives its purposeYou collect reflections and opinions in order to further refine your work. You process the views you received from the organization and formulate your purpose in a final version. To make it more alive, you collect stories that show how you are already living your purpose in the organization today. You also pick up innovative suggestions on how you can live your purpose even better.With this module you enter the phase of starting to activate your purpose. The analyzes in the previous modules give you a clearer platform to start from in this work.

About the teacher

Helene Ahlberg

My passion is to help individuals and groups reach their full potential by developing their ability to collaborate, new ways of working and organizational forms. I am convinced that by finding our own purpose, we can find our passion and sense of meaning. We can create sustainable and people-oriented organizations that, through their purpose, make a difference for themselves and for others.

Having seen many organizations where people are not doing well, are not allowed to develop or make an impact to the degree they could, my belief is that we need to lead differently.
